CRISTEN DALESSANDRO: Hello, everyone. Thanks for joining us today for the first installment in our 2026 GCR webinar series, Capture the Spark: How Practicing Hope and Inspiration Elevate the Employee Experience. So this is the first of what will be three webinars covering the different chapters and subjects that appear in this year's Global Culture Report.
And with that, we'd like to introduce ourselves for those who may not know us. So I'm Cristen Dalessandro, and I'm here today with Daniel Patterson.
Daniel is a research manager here at the O.C. Tanner Institute who specializes in the psychology that shapes the employee experience. In addition to his research, he regularly leads client assessment projects as well as tailored client initiatives that analyze business impact and ROI, specifically with an eye to helping organizations improve their workplace culture.
He specializes in mixed method research and holds a master's degree from the University of Utah with advanced studies in research and theory. So welcome, Daniel.
