In alignment with this global vision, Dr. Alejandra Castro Carranza (Prof.
at ENES Morelia UNAM and Chair of the IEEE EDS Professional Chapter Centro Occidente Section) spearheads strategic training initiatives aimed at internationalization.
By introducing advanced methodologies to regional educators, this course bridges the gap between local talent and global opportunities, cultivating regional capacity and opening students\' minds to a broader technological and cultural world in an engaging, highly motivated, and fun atmosphere!
Requirements for the Accomplishment Certificate To receive an official certificate of accomplishment endorsed by the IEEE EDS Centro Occidente Chapter, participants must fully satisfy the following performance-based requirements: - Attendance: Minimum attendance at 5 out of the 6 live sessions. - Bridge Tasks and Collaborative Practice: Successful completion of all the Activities.
- Practical Delivery: Successful execution of the microteaching segment during Session 6. - Action Plan: Submission of a written, backward-designed action plan detailing how they will deploy the Total Language Immersion technique in their future classrooms.

Participants will explore active, flipped, and gamified learning methodologies to maintain a dynamic, 100% target-language environment.
